3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods (as available).

• All prices are subject to change but will be clearly communicated before the service is performed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• MassDetailPro reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, traffic delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We care about our customers and stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

• We will offer to re-service the vehicle or provide a refund, in line with our Refund Policy.
